We had a great week at East Fork. Our trailer had a battery problem, and AIC had a tech out within a couple of hours. He replaced the batteries, and confirmed they were charging. Then the next day another tech confirmed yet again we were in good shape. These folks are on it! Trailer was very new, beautiful and comfortable, all we could hope for.

My conversations with their staff were always helpful, answered all my questions promptly. And the most accommodating trailer provider I've ever dealt with in 45 years of fishing the Eastern Sierras. Much thanks with gratitude to their staff from the members of the Crowley Posse(our annual fishing group).

Talk about luck! We arrived in Mammoth and we lost water pressure in our ‘97 Lance Camper. We called And Ryan was happy to sell us a pump and install it. The install was tricky…but they were fast and friendly. Thank you!!!

Awesome experience. It was our first time renting an RV, we went to Mammoth Lakes, and they parked it right on our camping site with everything we needed in it. Customer service is excellent. There was an issue with the generator, I called them, and they showed within an hour to fix it, they had brought another generator just in case, but they were able to fix the one we had.

I would highly recommend Adventures in Camping. They make the process of staying in the great outdoors very easy! We've used them twice and both times our trailer was sent up and ready for us before the committed time. Everything is always in working order and the trailers are clean. Want the joy of camping without owning a trailer/RV? Adventures in Camping is the way to go.

Another great trip to the Sierras with family. The trailer from Adventure in Camping was one of the reasons. Always clean and waiting for us when we arrive. AIC is awesome, we have used them for about 3 years now. We rented an RV 1yr to change it up, big mistake. Trust the pros!! Greg was meticulous in making sure the trailer was in an ideal spot, was perfectly level, that we knew how everything worked, and that we had everything we needed. Rented an older trailer through AdventureInCamping and we knew that going in. To be honest, we were lucky we got anything for the 4th of July weekend in Mammoth! Yea, sure there were some little issues, but all we cared about was the look on our boy's faces when we pulled up to their campsite surprise. Priceless. No room to complain, who cares, you're in Mammoth and there's a trailer waiting for you, on time! Anyone who complains should just go pitch a tent. Dealt with Stephanie through emails and phone, and she was ALWAYS ridiculously fast in replying and accommodating to our requests in every way. Couldn't have been happier, seriously. And to my fault, I did not research the generator side of things and if we wanted to use the microwave, DVD player, 110V outlets, and AC, we would have needed to rent a generator, at least for our model. My bad, luckily didn't need any of those. And yes, of course we'll rent again from AdventureInCamping, even the old one :) If it was a canvas tent on wheels, we'd rent again from AIC... customer service is everything, the trailer was the bonus. Great trailer and an awesome job of parking it by the driver! He made sure it was in the best position for the campsite, stable and level. I had great service all through, from booking to checkout. Trailer was clean and well stocked. Such a change from camping in a tent and sleeping on the ground. 😀 If I dodon’t buy a trailer of my own, I will rent again next year!

The only way to glamp! Make sure to order firewood when you make your reservation. The price is a deal, and it’s so much better than hauling all that wood in your vehicle. Having tent camped forever...this is luxury. And the service is friendly and great!

I received an immediate response from Adventure in Camping after struggling to get in touch with another similar company (that was recommended by my mom!) for several weeks. The reservation process was straightforward and I occasionally received fun and informative emails from Adventure in Camping that got me increasingly excited about our impending trip! The trailer was in place when we arrived at Convict Lake...and it was awesome!!! Great amenities, enough basic supplies, and very roomy with the slide out! My favorite part was the enormous window in the back where we could look out to an expansive mountain view with deer! We never needed to call for extra services, but after 4 days, we definitely used up all the water and filled the tanks! I'm sure the pick-up was just as seamless as the delivery because everything about this experience was hassle-free! In contrast, my mom and grandma's trailers supplied by the other company were a bit worn and much, much smaller. I think they paid less money, but you get what you pay for. Every time I had a question leading up to our trip I received a quick and friendly response. Because we had reserved our campsite ahead of time, the trailer was already there when we arrived. It was clean, comfy and well-stocked with utensils and dishes. The man who came back to our campsite to bring the firewood we had ordered was very nice and took a minute to show us a couple of things about the trailer. Towards the end of our trip, we realized we had filled the gray water holding tank (our fault for not being more careful). We decided to ask if they could come out to empty it for us, since we still had another day to go. Someone was there within an hour. We definitely plan to rent again, next time we'll try an ultimate trailer. Less
